Rick and his team were wonderful to work with! They helped me get into my closet safe that had a broken dial, and they were very affordable, professional, and timely. Granted I called on a Friday afternoon around 2pm but all I got from this guy was word vomit. I finally accepted his offer for a Monday service call & then he started backing out of that. I called Tru-lock. They showed up in twenty minutes and we're incredible to work with. For some reason, downtown EC doesn't know how to do business.
